SWK 616 Advanced Practicum I

(0-3-3) This advanced graduate practicum course is designed to allow students to apply advanced social work knowledge, skills, and values with individuals, families, small groups, organizations and communities. Students are required to complete 300 hours in a social work practicum under the direction of an agency supervisor and a university practicum professor. The course is designed to allow students to process their agency experiences and demonstrate their understanding of the foundation-level competencies and practice behaviors. Admission to the MSW Program is required.
