SWK 613 Leadership and Supervision in Social Work Practice

(3-0-3) This course examines theories and application of strategies related to leadership, supervision, and administration. Students use critical thinking and self-awareness to reflect on their own development as a leader in social work organizations. This course teaches students how human service organizations strive to achieve their mission through strategic planning, program development, resource allocation and board governance. Admission to the MSW Program is required.
