SWK 609 Foundational Social Work Research Methods

(3-0-3) This course provides an examination into the fundamentals of social science research. Quantitative and qualitative approaches will be discussed while exploring related aspects of research design and approaches to data collection. The course will also provide a brief overview of qualitative and quantitative data analysis approaches. Admission to the MSW Program is required.
