SSE 498 Senior Design Project I
(2-0-2) Students work in teams on a directed engineering project advised by a faculty member, with opportunities for collaboration with industry partners or university research centers. Teams define aerospace or space system problems, review relevant literature, apply analytical and computational methods, and develop preliminary design concepts. Projects are scoped and guided to ensure technical rigor, preparing students for subsequent, full-scale design and implementation experiences. Projects will be designed to comply with applicable NASA and SAE engineering standards.
