SSE 499C Capstone Design in SSE
(3-0-3) Students work in teams to design, build, test, and document an aerospace system or subsystem with emphasis on space systems—such as structural, thermal, power, propulsion, communications, or guidance and control elements. Projects are developed under realistic engineering, operational, and mission constraints. Through this culminating design experience, students demonstrate mastery of fundamental aerospace and space systems engineering principles and their ability to deliver practical, well-engineered solutions aligned with professional standards.
