SSE 360 Advanced Space Systems

(3-0-3) Advanced Space Systems provides an in-depth view of the concepts, technologies, and processes needed to design and implement spacecraft. The course emphasizes systems-level mission development and builds cumulatively on all presented material. Key topics include the space environment and its impact on spacecraft, as well as attitude determination and control systems (ADCS). Design practices and verification approaches will reference relevant NASA and SAE standards throughout.
