Human Resource Management Certificate

The Human Resource Management Certificate aims to prepare students for employment in Human Resources by providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities to be career-ready upon completing the HRM certificate. The coursework builds on principles of management to enhance the students' understanding of human resource management, management and employee relations, training and development, and organizational behavior.
