SWK 472 Screening, Assessment, and Treatment of Substance Use Disorders
(3-0-3) This course will introduce students to evidence-based approaches for working with people with substance use disorders. Students will explore assessment and diagnosis of substance use disorders, treatment planning, individual counseling, and group and family counseling, and will learn about unique considerations when working with special populations.
