EDTC 674 Cybersecurity in Education
(3-0-3) This course is designed to empower educators in P-12, higher education, and corporate trainers as well as other professional settings with practical knowledge about cybersecurity and cyber-hygiene. This course uses a holistic view of cybersecurity education from foundational awareness and digital responsibility to advanced skill building like collaboration strategies, assessment strategies, and engagement strategies. Skills and knowledge gained from this course will enable students to evaluate, edit, and prepare curricula with cybersecurity and cyber-hygiene as a core concern and priority.
