Eligibility for Veteran's Benefits

You are eligible for benefits if your military service places you in one of the following chapters:

Chapter 30 — Montgomery G.I. Bill® for active-duty veterans.
Chapter 31 — Veteran Readiness and Employment for service members and Veterans with service-connected disabilities.
Chapter 33 — Post 9/11 G.I. Bill® for active-duty veterans and dependents with transferred eligibility, implemented August 1, 2009.
Chapter 35 — Dependents of a Veteran or service member who has died, is captured or missing, or has a service-connected disability.
Chapter 1606 — Provides benefits to students participating in the National Guard and/or Reserves.
