MPJ 360 Introduction to Screenwriting

(3-0-3) An introduction to the fundamentals of visual storytelling, this course teaches students to create compelling characters, craft story arcs, and structure narratives within the three-act format of a screenplay. Emphasis is placed on breaking stories, developing a unique creative voice, and building a strong foundation in narrative structure and screenplay formatting.
