ENG 491 Developing Book-Length Works
(3-0-3) An advanced course designed for students interested in developing book-length creative works, exploring genre deeply, and understanding contemporary publishing landscapes. This course will guide students through the sustained practice of developing novels, memoirs, or collections of short stories, creative nonfiction, or poetry-while fostering critical engagement with genre conventions and publication pathways.
