BBA 380 International Business

(3-0-3) This course provides a comprehensive overview of the fundamental theories, concepts, and challenges facing multinational enterprises (MNEs) operating in the global economy. Students will analyze the complex interplay of political, economic, legal, and cultural environments that shape international business decisions. The focus is on developing a managerial perspective, requiring students to evaluate strategic choices related to market entry, global operations, and the management of international risk. Key areas of study include international trade theory, foreign direct investment (FDI), ethical considerations in the global marketplace, and the strategic design of global organizational structures.
