BIOL 356 Conservation Biology

(3-0-3) Conservation Biology is the multidisciplinary approach to the characterization, conservation, and restoration of biodiversity. Measuring biodiversity and how we value biodiversity, as well as threats to biodiversity and strategies to protect and restore biodiversity are addressed. Specific examples of conservation efforts and successes will be discussed.
