BBA 475 Leadership and Career Development
(3-0-3) This course is designed to develop the knowledge and skills needed to exercise effective leadership in organizations and professional career development. The course explores theories and research from various fields that inform the current practices of leadership and career development in the modern workplace. Emphasis is placed on the practical application of these theories and the applied development of leadership and interpersonal skills through self-assessments, case analyses, experiential exercises, personal reflection, and the creation of an individualized career development portfolio for use beyond graduation.
