VET 109 Introduction to Veterinary Medicine
(3-0-3) An introduction to veterinary medicine by focusing on state laws and regulations pertaining to veterinary medicine and animal welfare. Additionally, this course will examine methods of crisis intervention, biosafety and security, and communications and interactions within the field of veterinary medicine to provide the student with the skills needed to thrive in the veterinary profession.
