NURB 322 Mental Health Nursing

(3-6-5) This course emphasizes theories and concepts related to the nursing care of individuals and families who have alterations in mental health. Using the clinical judgment model, students participate in an interprofessional approach in the provision of nursing care to individuals and families. Emphasis is placed on interpersonal functioning and ethical issues that are relevant to mental healthcare.
