MNGT 320 Social Entrepreneurship

(3-0-3) This course offers an overview of selected concepts, theories, and perspectives of social entrepreneurship that social innovators need to increase the likelihood of success in social
entrepreneurial activities. The course presents fundamentals in venture planning and development, as well as an introduction to both traditional and emerging capitalization strategies such as philanthropy, government funding, and venture capital, microfinance, and competition prizes.
