MATH 174 Pre-Calculus Mathematics
(3-0-3) Exponential, logarithmic and trigonometric functions; complex numbers, theory of equations. This course satisfies the Level 1 core-mathematics requirement for general education.
Prerequisite
One of the following: 1. "C" or better in
MATH 141,
MATH 152 or MATH 152E 2. ACT Math score of 24 or higher 3. SAT Math score of 580 or higher 4. KYOTE College Algebra score of 20 or higher 5. Accuplacer Next Generation Quantitative Reasoning, Algebra, and Statistics score of 276 or higher.
