MATH 346 Probability for Actuaries II

(3-0-3) This course is designed to prepare students for the Society of Actuaries Financial Mathematics exam. Topics include: continuous univariate probability distributions, joint density and distribution functions for multivariate distributions, central limit theorem, joint moment generating functions, variance for conditional and marginal distributions, covariance and correlation coefficients, order statistics, and linear combinations of independent variables.
