ART 160 Understanding the Visual Arts

(3-0-3) An examination of visual art from various cultures. It includes a study of materials, techniques, subjects, styles, issues, functions and meanings related to visual art from many different cultures and periods around the globe. This course satisfies the Level 2 Knowledge HUM requirement for general education.
