SPMT 481 Employee Service Management in Sport and Physical Activity Settings
(3-0-3) The study of employee services in sport and physical activity settings which provides practical solutions to work/life issues enabling the organization or agency to recruit and retain a quality workforce. Programming opportunities that will be identified will assist in improving relations between employees and management, increase overall productivity, boost morale, and reduce absenteeism and turnover in sport and physical activity organizations.
