Interdisciplinary International Studies Major

Program Competencies

For the successful completion of the IIS major, students will learn to:

  1. Interact with people who are culturally different.
  2. Gain knowledge of other cultures, languages and institutions.
  3. Understand how historical and cultural backgrounds shape modern events.
  4. Develop interdisciplinary analytical skills.
  5. Assess current political and economic changes.
