EDSP 355 Teaching Students with LBD

(2-2-3) This course is designed to train teachers in instructional planning, management, and delivery of instruction. It includes strategic program planning incorporating due process procedures as specified in federal legislation, as well as systematic teaching methodology in learning disabilities, behavioral disorders and mild disabilities in public schools. The course also addresses classroom management and organization practices as they pertain to establishing optimal learning environments for all students. Level III field experience for this course completed in corequisite practicum. Requires TEP admission.
